Capturi has secured an investment of DKK 30 million from the Danish private equity fund VækstPartner Kapital. The money will be used to scale the business in the Nordic region and further develop the company's technology, which provides customers with valuable analyses that can be immediately implemented in the business. The company's owners include Vækstfonden, key employees, and now also VækstPartner Kapital.
Capturi is an Aarhus-based company with 25 employees working with speech recognition and conversation analysis. They help companies in Scandinavia analyze their customer dialogues and automate the analysis to optimize customer interactions. Capturi serves companies that put customers first and actively work to put the customer at the center using advanced technology. The company's ambition is to become the leading provider of speech recognition and conversation analysis in Northern Europe.
Capturi analyzes more than 6 million conversations annually and since its launch just over a year ago, Capturi has gained many large Danish companies as customers, including Salling Group, COOP, EWII, Lunar, DAO, ASE, Save the Children, Rejsekort, DLG, JP Politikens Hus, Berlingske, and Jysk Fynske Medier. Several of these customers have, through the use of Capturi, strengthened their customer satisfaction level, more than doubled their customer retention rate. and made customer dialogues significantly more effective.
