In less than 5 years, and with a clear mission to optimize and improve customer conversations, we have succeeded in developing a speech recognizer that unlocks customer insights, improves customer service, optimizes win rates, ensures quality, and provides effective coaching and onboarding.

After launching in 2020, we have achieved a Word Error Rate that outperforms Google’s Danish speech recognizer with 48% fewer errors. In addition, we embrace all major industries, and integrate to more than 13 different dialer systems.
